Terms And Conditions

1.  Items that are In-Stock will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

2.  Orders within Mauritius are free of shipping charges and are sent via registered post.   Payment can be made by Bank Tranfer, Juice or PayPal.

3.  Orders from Seychelles, Reunion and Madagascar are subject to shipping fee’s according to the customers choice.  Either registered mail or DHL can be selected.  Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by PayPal.

4.  Orders that are not in stock will be processed as quickly as possible and require 10-20 days to process.  The customer will be kept up to date on the progress of their order via email or whatsapp.

5.  Clear measurement charts are available for each product.  It is the customers responsibility to measure correctly and when in doubt to request advice from a qualified therapist.  There is a ‘Contact a Therapist’ link on each product page.  Photos can be uploaded too so that the best possible advice can be given before the customer purchases.

6.  The customer holds sole responsibility for the purchases they make.  Should they have any concern about indications and contra-indications they must consult their doctor prior to purchasing.
