Return Policy:

THE CUSTOMER HAS 24 HRS FROM DELIVERY TO NOTIFY ISLAND MEDICAL (MAURITIUS) LTD OF ANY WISH TO RETURN GOODS.

THE CUSTOMER MUST RECEIVE ADVANCED AUTHORISATION FROM ISLAND MEDICAL (MAURITIUS) LTD BEFORE RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE.

The MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE AUTHORISATION TO RETURN.

PLEASE SEE BELOW TO SEE IF YOUR PRODUCT QUALIFIES FOR RETURN.

1.  Ready Made Compression Products (Toe Caps, Armsleeves, Gloves and Stockings) and Ready Made Orthopaedic Products can be returned providing:

• The product is free of physical damage, signs of wear, discolouration and odours.
  
• The product is returned in its original packaging.  This too must be undamaged.
• Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued less the original shipping costs.
• Merchandise returned to us must be shipped at the customers expense.
• The refund will be processed within 24hrs of the merchandise being returned in good condition.
• Products that are returned and found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded.
  

2.  Custom Made products cannot be returned.

3.  Sealed or sterile products cannot be returned.
